A little about me
My journey to advocacy wasn't a straight line, but it led me to work I deeply believe in.
After witnessing both the power of prevention education and child advocacy centers, and the failures of prosecution systems that undermine laws meant to protect children, I dedicated myself to understanding the complete picture of how we respond to child sexual abuse.
Over the years, I've had the privilege of working alongside incredible advocates and organizations. I've participated in national child abuse awareness campaigns and guest-spoken at fundraising events for Child Advocacy Centers, helping raise over $1.5 million in donations. I've lobbied with legislators, been interviewed by media outlets, shared experiences with prosecutors across the country, and worked to ensure transparency in our systems.
But the most meaningful part of this work is connecting with survivors and families of survivors—offering different perspectives and concepts that challenge the old narratives of abuse and create space for healing.
This work has given me more than accomplishments—it's given me lifelong friendships, invaluable connections, and the chance to be part of real change.
